Principal's Message

Welcome to SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic School where our mission is to “Provide a safe and caring environment where students Pray, Learn, and Grow Together through liturgy, service, and by example."

Our students are challenged to use their God-given talents to achieve our academic standards and goals as they learn and grow closer to Christ each day.  We follow the curriculum set forth by the Diocese of Corpus Christi.  As a STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art & Math) - focused school, we encourage students to ask deep real-world questions, collaborate with their peers, and arrive at meaningful conclusions.  In addition, we recognize the need for a comprehensive, well-rounded curriculum to guide each child to live out their potential.   Therefore, we also offer a variety of extra-curricular activities to develop the students mind, body & spirit such as, Robotics club, Art club, Run/Walk club, Theater club, Spirit club, and participation in the Diocesan Parochial Sports League.

The faculty and staff of SS. Cyril & Methodius Catholic School are caring individuals who strive to be the best at their craft. Our teachers model life-long learning while instilling a thirst for knowledge in their students.  All staff are invested in the success of each student according to their individual talents, interests, needs, and gifts.

SSCM School believes education is a partnership between home and school.  You will find parents who are actively involved in the mission and vision of our school by sharing their time and talent to ensure a quality program.  Our parent ambassadors welcome new families in our school community and offer guidance to all families throughout the school year.
